  • There will be several food and drink options during Material Gurrrl Bingo including a full bar, pre-ordered platters, grab and go snacks and complimentary water stations.

  • There will be several food and drink options including pre-ordering food, bottles of wine and buckets of beer for the table (beer and wine are not eligible for pre-order). A full bar, which is cashless, is located the reception area and complimentary water stations will be scattered throughout the ballroom.

    Two snack bars will be inside the ballroom serving grab and go items like sandwiches, salads, chicken tenders, etc. and if you pre-order any food you will pick it up when the ballroom doors open at 6:00 PM (pick up will be from 6:00 to 7:00 PM and will include plates, napkins and cutlery).

    All pre-orders must be made by Wednesday, November 11.

  • SNACK BAR

    This is a credit card only snack bar - they do not accept cash. Located inside the ballroom, the Convention Center will have some great grab and go options including sandwiches, salads, snacks and chicken tenders.

    FULL BAR

    This is a credit card only bar - they do not accept cash. There will be a full bar available selling beer, wine, cocktails and sodas. You will also be able to purchase full bottles of wine and buckets of beer for the table.

  • No funds from the sales of food and drink directly benefit Gay Bingo Charlotte and RAIN's fundraising efforts. The Charlotte Convention Center handles all food and drink sales.
