    There are several volunteer opportunities for you and even if you have tickets you can still help. If you have any questions please contact Savannah Lawing-Yates at or 704-973-9820.

    SET UP VOLUNTEERS

    Assist with swag bags, table setup, programs, props, and signage, plus other tasks as needed. Must work well with others, follow directions, and be flexible. Some lifting may be required.

    BREAKDOWN VOLUNTEERS

    Help break down the venue after the event, including clearing tables, dismantling set pieces, and loading supplies into the U-Haul for transport to the RAIN office. Open to event attendees or other volunteers. Includes a free event ticket.

    RAFFLE SALE VOLUNTEERS

    Sell raffle tickets throughout the ballroom during the event. Options include $5 tickets and $1 tickets (1 for $1 or 6 for $5). Must be organized, outgoing, comfortable handling money, and able to stay calm under pressure.

    TABLE USHER VOLUNTEERS

    Greet reserved table guests, show them their table on the master map, and escort them if needed. Release tables to purchasers. Must be assertive, friendly, and outgoing.

    TICKET SCANNER VOLUNTEERS

    Scan tickets and check in attendees, ensuring they have wristbands (used to track ticketed vs. non-ticketed guests). Must be friendly, confident, and able to stay calm under pressure.
